1. Use of the App

• The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree not to misuse the App or use it in ways that violate applicable laws and regulations.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

• Jewelry Identifier offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
  • Monthly Plan: $9.99/month.
  • Yearly Plan: $39.99/year with a 3-day free trial.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and materials within Jewelry Identifier are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.
